I hereby grant sissy-exposure.com, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and designers (collectively “sissy-exposure.com website”) a licence to use my image and likeness in any other media (collectively “Images”). This includes images uploaded to the sissy-exposure.com website, and images sent to the email sissyxposure@gmail.com. I acknowledge that sissy-exposure.com will own such Images and further grant thesissy-exposure.com website permission to copyright, display, publish, distribute, use, modify, print and reprint such Images in any manner whatsoever related tosissy-exposure.com business, including without limitation, publications, advertisements, brochures, web site images, or other electronic displays and transmissions thereof. I further waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the Image by the sissy-exposure.com website prior to its use. I forever release and hold the sissy-exposure.com website harmless from any and all liability arising out of the use of the Images in any manner or media whatsoever, and waive any and all claims and causes of action relating to use of the Images, including without limitation, claims for invasion of privacy rights or publicity.

I hereby warrant that I am eighteen (18) years old or more and competent to contract in my own name I also warrant that I understand that the licence I grant to sissy-exposure.com website will only be terminated if I pay the removal fee. I also understand that if I remove my account from sissy-exposure.com, it will NOT remove exposures packages made by MasterAshton. I must pay a seperate $50USD removal fee for the exposure(s) MasterAshton created to be removed. This release is binding on me and my heirs, assignees and personal representatives.

I understand the licence granted by me, can only be terminated by paying ther termination fee

Termination Fee: The termination fee shall be calculated based on the following schedule from the date signed

If terminated within the first month: $2004 USD
If terminated within the second month: $1837 USD
If terminated within the third month: $1670 USD
If terminated within the fourth month: $1503 USD
If terminated within the fifth month: $1336 USD
If terminated within the sixth month: $1169 USD
If terminated within the seventh month: $1002 USD
If terminated within the eighth month: $835 USD
If terminated within the ninth month: $668 USD
If terminated within the tenth month: $501 USD
If terminated within the eleventh month: $334 USD
If terminated within the twelfth month: $167 USD
