Exposure Agreement

I hereby grant sissy-exposure.com, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and designers (collectively “sissy-exposure.com website”) a license to use my image and likeness in any other media (collectively “Images”). I acknowledge that sissy-exposure.com will own such Images and further grant the sissy-exposure.com website permission to copyright, display, publish, distribute, use, modify, print, and reprint such Images in any manner whatsoever related to sissy-exposure.com business, including without limitation, publications, advertisements, brochures, web site images, or other electronic displays and transmissions thereof. I further waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the Image by the sissy-exposure.com website prior to its use. I forever release and hold the sissy-exposure.com website harmless from any and all liability arising out of the use of the Images in any manner or media whatsoever, and waive any and all claims and causes of action relating to use of the Images, including without limitation, claims for invasion of privacy rights or publicity.

I hereby warrant that I am eighteen (18) years old or more and competent to contract in my own name I also warrant that I understand that the license I grant to the sissy-exposure.com website will only be terminated if I pay the license termination fee. This release is binding on me and my heirs, assignees, and personal representatives.

I understand that upon signing this document all content I have already sent, and all future content sent to sissyxposure@gmail.com, fagwhoring@gmail.com, and the Skype account rippedxxx can be used to build a dedicated website with the sole purpose of exposing and showing me off as a sissy. I acknowledge this and am certain this is 100% what I what.

Hosting / Ownership
I understand the exposure site will be hosted for 3months. After the 3 months, I can choose to pay $10/month to continue having it hosted on sissy-exposure.com servers, or I can choose to find my own hosting and have Master Ashton transfer the site for me. If I choose to move the site to my own hosting I must pay a $100 USD transfer fee, and choose to host that uses the English language, and allows Adult content. While the site is on Master Ashton's servers I do not 100% own the website. I will be able to edit and update the site with some limitations which will be listed below. If I choose to transfer the site to my own server I will own the site 100%

Hosting fees can be paid in bulk. For example, you can pay $120 and have an additional 12 months of hosting added on to the remainder of your current hosting time.

Updating the site

After the website is made you will be required to update the site yourself, or you can pay Master Ashton a fee to do it for you.
The site will be made in such a way that it's easy for you to update the site yourself with new content be it pictures or videos. Also, all text on the site will be easily edited.

Modifying the site while hosted on Master Ashtons Servers
While the site is hosted on Master Ashton's servers you will be able to edit every aspect of the site. However, this also means you can break the site either on purpose or by accident. If the site is broken/changed in such a way that your content does not show or people cannot access the site to see your content, Master Ashton can restore a backup of the site so it's back to showing the original content. (This is in place to stop people breaking the website instead of paying the termination fee)

Website/ Contract Termination Fee
A $50 USD fee is required to terminate this contract and have the website removed. This will remove the site, and any media made from the Admins account on sissy-exposure.com promoting the site.
