Introduction

Sissy-exposure.com is an all-male, adult exhibitionist website for men who seek attention. By using the site, you agree to follow these Terms of Service and our Acceptable Use/Content Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the site.

These Terms apply from the moment you create an account. Certain sections, such as the disclaimer and dispute resolution, survive account deletion. Participation is voluntary. If you are uncomfortable with any part of these Terms, you must not use the site.

Eligibility Requirements

By creating an account, you confirm that:

• You are male.
• You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
• You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
• You are comfortable participating in and viewing adult male exhibitionist content.
• You are using the site only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You can communicate in English, as all profiles, posts, messages, and communication must be in English. Use of other languages may result in deletion, restriction, or a ban without warning.
• Verification and Accounts

3.1 Age Verification

To comply with laws and protect users, you must undergo age verification using an AI facial scan or by uploading government-issued identification. Verification is handled by a third party; your ID is not stored on Sissy-exposure servers. Additional verification may be required to access certain site areas.

3.2 Verified vs. Non-Verified Accounts

To become a “Verified” user, you must submit a photo showing your face and a sign with the current date and your Sissy-exposure username. This photo is stored privately for trust and safety purposes and is not made public. Once your account is deleted, this photo will be deleted or anonymised unless required for legal reasons.

Non-verified accounts have limited access to posting, messaging, and galleries.

Verified accounts gain extended access and can upload content and use advanced features.

3.3 Upgraded Accounts

Two levels of upgraded accounts (Essential and VIP) may be available. Details are published on the site and may change over time.

3.4 Account Security

Keep login details confidential. Do not share your account with anyone. You are responsible for all content uploaded via your account, including any removal fees or consequences.

Content Rules

4.1 General Content Requirements

Only upload photos or videos featuring yourself. Other individuals, even with consent, are prohibited.

You must own the rights to all content you upload.

All content must depict you at 18 years of age or older. Do not upload any picture taken when you were under 18.

The site is for consensual adult exhibitionism, not self-destruction or humiliation. Posts meant to severely degrade yourself or others are not allowed.

Do not display passports, driver’s licenses, government IDs, passwords, banking information, or highly sensitive credentials in public posts.

4.2 Nudity and Explicit Content Guidelines

Full frontal and rear nudity is allowed if legal and consensual.

Explicit sexual acts—including penetration, oral sex, and masturbation—are prohibited.

Close-up images focused solely on genitals or anus in a graphic way are not allowed.

Images where you deliberately spread buttocks or expose the anus directly at the camera are prohibited.

Photos or videos showing sex toys in use, being inserted, held, or displayed sexually are not allowed.

The site reserves the right to determine what is too explicit and remove content at its discretion.

4.3 Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate removal and potential legal action:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content involving anyone under 18.
• Content depicting persons who appear under 18 (e.g., school uniforms with suggestive captions).
• Any picture containing a minor, clothed or unclothed.

• Prolapsed rectum or extreme body modification content.
• Breath play, asphyxiation, or similar dangerous activities.
• Any content that the average person would find shocking, revolting, or harmful.

4.4 Other Submission Restrictions

Do not upload copyrighted material without permission.

Do not post false, misleading, unlawful, threatening, or harassing content.

Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or age.

Do not post advertisements or spam unless explicitly permitted.

4.5 Commercial Sexual Services (SESTA/FOSTA Compliance)

You may not use Sissy-exposure to offer, solicit, arrange, advertise, or facilitate prostitution, escort services, or any exchange of sexual acts or sexual content for money, goods, or other compensation. This prohibition applies to all areas of the site, including public posts, profiles, comments, and private messages.

Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Advertising or soliciting “pay-for-play,” escort, or companionship services
• Discussing rates, fees, donations, or tributes in exchange for sexual acts or meetings
• Arranging paid meetups, appointments, or bookings of a sexual nature
• Linking to external platforms where such services are offered
• Violation of this policy will result in immediate and permanent termination of your account and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.
• Exposure Post Packages
• Other users cannot post about you; only official Exposure Post Packages managed by site administrators permit that. If you purchase an Exposure Post Package:
• You must provide valid proof of age (ID not shown publicly).
• Submit content for your package via the specified method within the stated timeframe.
• Not all submitted content is guaranteed to be used.
• Additional fees may apply for editing or removal, as outlined in your contract.
• Deleting your account does not automatically remove Exposure Post Package content; removal is governed by your package contract.
• Account Deletion and Content Removal

6.1 Free Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time for free. Your account and posts are removed from public view. Private data (including verification materials) may be deleted or anonymised in accordance with retention policies. Account deletion is irreversible; you lose access to your profile, messages, and other features. Save any data you wish to keep before deleting your account.

6.2 Per-Post Removal

If you want to keep your account but remove specific posts, a non-refundable fee per post applies (e.g., USD $35 per post; subject to change). Once payment is received and processed, those posts are removed from public view. Special terms for per-post removals (e.g., custom packages or scaling fees) may be offered separately and become part of your individual contract with the site.

6.3 Profile Modifications

Most profile fields (e.g., display name, bio) may be editable within account settings. Usernames cannot be changed; to use a new username, you must delete and recreate your account.

6.4 Third-Party Copies

Sissy-exposure cannot control third-party caches, archives, or search engines. If your content has been cached externally, you must request removal directly from the service involved.

License to Your Content

You retain ownership of your submissions, but you grant Sissy-exposure a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, cache, transmit, adapt (for technical delivery), display, and distribute your content as part of the service. This licence applies while your content remains on the site and in associated backups, logs, and archives. Our right to display the content ends after removal or deletion, subject to technical limits and any separate contract (e.g., Exposure Post Package agreements).

Intellectual Property

Sissy-exposure and its content (text, design, graphics, logos, software, videos, and trademarks) are owned by or licensed to the site. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or exploit the site’s content without written permission.

8.1 Copyright / DMCA Complaints

If you believe something on the site infringes your copyright, submit a notice that includes:

• Identification of the copyrighted work.
• Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location.
• Your contact information.
• A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is unauthorised.
• A statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act for the copyright owner.
• Payment Policy

9.1 General Payment Terms

If you use paid services, you agree to:

• Payment Intent: Request payment details only if you genuinely intend to complete the transaction.
• Timely Payment: Pay within the specified timeframe (e.g., 48 hours) or your account may be suspended or restricted.

9.2 Refunds — When You Are Entitled

You are entitled to a refund or other remedy in the following circumstances:

• Major Failure
• A major failure occurs when our services:
• Have one or more serious problems that would have stopped you from purchasing the service if you had known about them beforehand;
• Cannot be used for their specific purpose you told us about, and cannot be easily fixed within a reasonable time; or
• Are substantially different from the description provided.
• Your rights for a major failure: You may choose to:
• Cancel the service and receive a refund for the unused portion; or
• Keep the service and receive compensation for the reduction in value.
• Minor Failure
• If there is a minor failure with our services, we will remedy the problem within a reasonable time at no additional cost to you. If we fail to do so, you may be entitled to a refund or to have the problem fixed elsewhere and recover reasonable costs from us.

9.3 Refunds — When You Are NOT Entitled

You are not entitled to a refund under the consumer guarantees if:

• You simply changed your mind about the purchase;
• You found the service cheaper elsewhere;
• You decided you no longer want or need the service;
• The problem was caused by your misuse of the service;
• You were made aware of the problem before purchasing; or
• You requested that the service be provided in a particular way, against our advice, and this caused the problem.

9.4 How to Request a Refund

• Your username and account details;
• Proof of purchase (e.g., payment confirmation, receipt, or transaction ID);
• A description of the problem with the service; and
• Your preferred remedy (refund, re-performance of the service, or compensation).

10. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account, with or without notice, including for:

• Violations of these Terms or any site policy.
• Suspected illegal activity or behaviour.
• Non-payment of applicable fees.
• Any reason necessary to protect the site or its users.
• We may suspend your account immediately if we believe your content or behaviour presents a risk. Suspension does not automatically remove your content; it remains visible unless removed via account deletion, per-post removal, or moderation. You may appeal via the method stated on the site. We are not required to respond or reinstate your account.
• Monitoring and Enforcement
• Device information, browser data, and IP addresses may be recorded for security and legal compliance. If you post unauthorised or illegal content, Sissy-exposure may: remove or edit it; suspend or ban your account; share relevant information with law enforcement; and pursue legal remedies and damages. By using the site, you accept that your activity may be logged to investigate violations and protect users. Suspicion of content involving minors may result in a ban and reporting to authorities.

11.Waiver of Claims and Indemnity

You acknowledge that Sissy-exposure may display and use your content as described in these Terms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Sissy-exposure, its owners, directors, employees, and agents from any claims or damages arising from your use of the site, our use of your content, or actions taken in response to your content or conduct. You agree not to bring claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or misappropriation of likeness regarding content you voluntarily provided and authorised. You agree to indemnify and defend us against any third-party claims or costs (including legal fees) resulting from your breach of these Terms or from content you upload.

11.Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. When changes are significant, we will post updated Terms on the site and may provide additional notice. Your continued use of the site after the effective date of changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you disagree, stop using the site and request account deletion.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Sissy-exposure, you confirm that:

• You meet all eligibility requirements stated in Section 2.
• You have read and understand these Terms, including verification requirements and content rules.
• You agree to follow all rules contained herein.
