Paid Exposure Agreement 

(Nothing in this contract will be used for the exposure, and will not be made public)

License Grant, and Licence Termination Conditions

1. Grant of License:

I, (Model) grants sissy-exposure.com and any related websites, including its directors, officers, employees, agents, and designers (collectively referred to as the "sissy-exposure.com Website"), a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the Model’s image and likeness (collectively referred to as "Images"). This license includes, but is not limited to, the following:

a. Images Uploaded to the Website: Images uploaded to the sissy-exposure.com Website.

b. Images Sent via Email: Images sent by the Model to the email address sissyxposure@gmail.com.

c. Personal Information: The Model grants the sissy-exposure.com Website a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the provided personal information for the purpose of creating and publishing content about the Model on the Website.

2. Ownership and Usage Rights

The Model acknowledges that sissy-exposure.com retains all rights to the Content and grants sissy-exposure.com permission to:

  • Copyright, display, publish, distribute, use, modify, print, and reprint the Content.
  • Use the Content for any business purposes, including publications, advertisements, websites, or other electronic media.

3. Waiver of Claims

a. Acknowledgment and Agreement: The Model acknowledges and agrees that sissy-exposure.com has the right to display and distribute their Content as described in this Agreement.

b. Release and Discharge: The Model irrevocably releases and discharges sissy-exposure.com from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from the use of their Content.

c. No Legal Recourse: The Model agrees not to initiate legal action against sissy-exposure.com for claims such as defamation, invasion of privacy, or misappropriation of likeness.

d. Indemnification: The Model agrees to indemnify and hold harmless sissy-exposure.com from any third-party claims related to the Content.

4. Termination of License

a. Termination Fee: The license may only be terminated upon payment of a $50 USD termination fee.
b. Payment Requirement: The termination fee must be paid in full before termination is effective.
c. Effect of Termination: Upon payment, sissy-exposure.com will cease using and remove the Content from its platforms.

5. Content Submission and Exposure Completion

a. Submission Timeline: The Model must submit all required Content within four (4) weeks of payment.

  • Additional Content after submission requires an additional fee.

b. Guaranteed Completion Timeline:

  • If Content is submitted within forty-eight (48) hours (excluding weekends), Master Ashton guarantees exposure completion within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt.
  • Guaranteed timelines are contingent upon Content being complete and meeting requirements.

c. Delayed Submission:

  • If Content is submitted after forty-eight (48) hours, the guaranteed timeline no longer applies.
  • Exposure will still be completed within one (1) week, subject to Master Ashton’s workload.

6. No Refunds and Forfeiture of Payment

a. No Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable, regardless of Model's decisions to cancel or delay the exposure.
b. Forfeiture of Payment: If the Model fails to provide required Content or chooses not to proceed, all payments are forfeited.
c. Non-Transferability: Forfeited funds cannot be applied to future projects or services.

7. Warranties

The Model warrants that they are:

  • Eighteen (18) years of age or older.
  • Competent to enter into this Agreement.

The Model also warrants understanding that:

  • Termination requires payment of the $50 USD fee.
  • Removal of the Model’s account does not affect completed exposure packages.

8. Binding Effect

This Agreement is binding upon the Model and their heirs, assignees, and representatives.
