Conditions of licence Grant

I hereby grant sissy-exposure.com, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and designers (collectively “sissy-exposure.com website”) a licence to use my image and likeness in any other media (collectively “Images”). This includes images uploaded to the sissy-exposure.com website, and images sent to the email sissyxposure@gmail.com. I acknowledge that sissy-exposure.com will own such Images and further grant thesissy-exposure.com website permission to copyright, display, publish, distribute, use, modify, print and reprint such Images in any manner whatsoever related tosissy-exposure.com business, including without limitation, publications, advertisements, brochures, web site images, or other electronic displays and transmissions thereof. I further waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the Image by the sissy-exposure.com website prior to its use. I forever release and hold the sissy-exposure.com website harmless from any and all liability arising out of the use of the Images in any manner or media whatsoever, and waive any and all claims and causes of action relating to use of the Images, including without limitation, claims for invasion of privacy rights or publicity.

I hereby warrant that I am eighteen (18) years old or more and competent to contract in my own name I also warrant that I understand that the licence I grant to sissy-exposure.com website will only be terminated if I pay the removal fee. I also understand that if I remove my account from sissy-exposure.com, it will NOT remove exposures packages made by MasterAshton. . This release is binding on me and my heirs, assignees and personal representatives.

Legal Binding:

Global Applicability: This agreement, including the termination fee structure and license grant, is legally binding and enforceable worldwide. The Model and the Website agree to abide by the terms set forth in this contract regardless of their geographical location.

Termination Fee:

Initial Termination Fee: The Model agrees that the termination fee for ending this contract is $1,000 USD. This fee is applicable for terminations made within the first 12 months of the contract.
Reduced Termination Fee: After the first 12 months, the termination fee will reduce to $50 USD.
